到服务器 SSH 终端里执行下面命令：

btpip install pyOpenSSL==24.2.1 -U

下面这个是官网论坛提供的，但是很多人说不行，也可以尝试

btpip install -r /www/server/panel/requirements.txt && bt restart

运行后重启面板

基本可以解决问题
